The Simple Date “Win a Chanel Bag” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) rewards the members whose Simple Date profiles get the most likes. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
We’re giving away five (5) Chanel bags to five (5) winners. The five members with the most profile likes by the entry deadline win. The first five members to reach 500 likes lock in their bag; if fewer than five reach 500, the remaining bag(s) go to the eligible members with the most likes.
The Giveaway is run by [Sponsor legal name / entity], [address], Las Vegas, Nevada (“Sponsor,” “Simple Date,” “we”). The Giveaway is not sponsored by any third party — see Section 8.
The Giveaway runs from [start date] and ends December 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Profile likes earned after that do not count.
“Likes” means the likes shown on your Simple Date profile within the app. To be eligible you must have at least 100 profile likes and have completed all entry steps above. On or about December 25, 2026 (Christmas Day), the Sponsor will award the five (5) prizes to the eligible members with the most profile likes, as described in “The short version.” The Sponsor verifies each winner’s Instagram follow/tag and may disqualify likes that appear fraudulent, automated, or purchased. The Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Five (5) prizes, each consisting of one (1) [exact Chanel bag model], approximate retail value (ARV) [$ amount] each (total ARV [$ amount]). Prizes are awarded “as is,” are not transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners will be contacted within [number] days through Simple Date and/or the Instagram handle they provided. If a winner can’t be reached or doesn’t respond within [number] days, the Sponsor may select the next eligible member. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes; because each prize exceeds $600 in value, the Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue a Form 1099.
Information you provide is handled under the Simple Date Privacy Policy. By entering you release the Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or loss arising from the Giveaway or a prize, and you agree not to use bots, fake accounts, or paid services to inflate profile likes — doing so disqualifies you.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or CHANEL. Chanel is a trademark of its owner, referenced here only to describe the prize. You release those companies from any responsibility for this Giveaway.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor compromises its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who violates these rules. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. To request the winners’ names after the draw, email hello@simpledate.app with the subject “Giveaway Winners.”
